Santa came to visit!

Let it Snow!

My kids are having so much fun with the snow! They got to have a snow day out of school last week and now that they are out of school we are getting even mor snow! So glad we are going to have a white Christmas!

Fun Things!

One of my great friends made Trenton the cutest sweat suit before he was even born. It has a soccer player on it with "Espinosa" written on the jersey. When she gave it to me it seemed like it would be forever until he could wear it but he already is and it is so cute!

Basketball!

Samantha had her end of season basketball tournament this weekend. She had such a great season and its hard for me to believe that this is her last middle school basketball game!

Christmas Program!

Michaela had her Christmas program on Friday night. It was so cute to watch. They did a great job singing although I think Michaela was a little nervous.

Katrina also preformed in the chior. Hope your Christmas preperations are going well!

Family Pictures

We got new family pictures taken this month (thanks Becky M) and I though I would show you how a few turned out!!! We had lots of fun. I am really excited to have one of our entire family together.

Michaela's Baptism

Michaela was baptized on Saturday night. It was such a neat experience. We felt so blessed to be surrounded by our family and friends for this special occasion. We are so proud of Michaela and the kindhearted person she has become.

Halloween Fun!

Hope everyone had a great halloween. We had lots of fun...we went trick or treating on Mill Street, then dinner with Grandma and Papa, and finally REAL trick or treating. Trenton didn't make it out after dark. He stayed with Grandma and had a little nap.

Double birthdays at out house today! Michaela turned eight and I won't tell you how old Donnie is today! Hope you guys have a GREAT day.

Pumpkin Carving and Treat Making!

Monday night we had lots of fun carving our pumpkins and making treats for school parties. What a fun busy night...hope your halloween plans are fun too!

FOOTBALL!

Brecken has been playing football this month! He is having a good time but I'm not sure he understands all of it. Hopefully he won't be so lost next year. The boys are so cute out there! He even got to play against his cousin Kacey, a couple of times.

On the mend...

Trenton went to sleep Sunday night and was fine, but woke up on Monday morning and his eye was swollen shut and he had a fever. We went to the doctor and he has an eye infection. Poor guy had to have blood work and a shot of antibiotic. He is also taking oral antibiotics and had to go back to the doctor for a check. They wanted to make sure it was healing because they didn't want the infection to spread to his eye, brain, or spinal tissue. Luckily he looks tons better today and his fever is gone. They threatened to put him in the hospital but he was so much better today--although he still looks a little funny!

Colors!

We went to Ouray this weedend to see all the beautiful colors of fall! It was so pretty going up..
And pretty white up top....

We had lots of fun, we went to Box Canyon Falls and swam at the hot springs. Donnie and I went there on our honeymoon so it's always fun to go back. I love their little shops and resaraunts downtown.

Citizen of the month!

Michaela was citizen of the month this month for her classroom. We got to go to breakfast this morning and see her receive her award. We are so proud of her, she is one special little girl! Thanks to Michelle for making it possible for me to go!

First Huntin' Boots

Trenton got the cutest hunting boots at Wal-Mart yesterday. He loves them, but they are going to take a little getting used to. He walks a little funny in them. He is just so darn cute!

Happy Birthday Mom!!!

My Mom's birthday was Wednesday and we had a birthday party at the park Friday night! The kids have so much fun getting together. Hope you had a great birthday Mom!!!!

First Haircut!

Trenton got his first haircut this week! It's kinda sad to let him grow up. Guess we don't have a choice. The stylist that cut his hair said he has a "swoosh" in the back, a "stick up" on top, and a receiding hair line. More than one boy should have. She also said, " but who could tell on a galloping horse".

Archery Elk 2008

Donnie shot this bull last night with his bow at 20 yards. It is a 6X6 bull. He shot it right at dark, so by the time Clarance, Hal, and him cleaned it and packed it out they finally got home about 1:30 this morning. What super brother-in-laws I have! Donnie is pretty proud of his bull and said that it was the biggest bull he has shot with a bow.

Good Mail!

A friend of mine sent me some "good mail" yesterday! I love getting good mail. It's like having a birthday! I got super fuzzy slippers, nail polish, fall smelling potpourri, chocolate, a tablespoon set, and the coolest homemade recipe book with all of her favorite fall recipes scrapbooked into the pages.

Back to School!

The kids went back to school last week. Its been kinda lonely without them. Samantha started eighth grade, Michaela started second, and a day later Brecken started Kindergarten. Poor Trenton gets to stay home with Mom. So far things are going great. I think its harder on me than it is on them.

10k

My friend and I did a 10k today. I was a little nervous but I had so much fun. I realized that I can push my body much further that what I thought I could and that sometimes its good for us to do something for ourselves. (Even if it is a lot of work.) The best part was...our money went to supporting survivors of domestic violence.

Softball!

Sam is playing softball this summer and is almost done. Her team has done awesome! She has had a great season also. It's so fun to go watch her play.
